Caterpillar Shoe Fail!!!

I have been an avid Caterpillar footwear user for the past 25 years as they are widely considered to be the best in the industry. You pay a premium price for a Caterpillar product however you know it will last you a good few years. Unfortunately after my experience last week, I no longer share this view. The soles of my new Caterpillar came off completely within the first five minutes of using them! This incident occured in front of one of my clients which was deeply embarrassing. I then tried contacting Caterpillar directly via email but have had no response at all! What has happened to Caterpillar???? In my view, it is no longer worth the premium price!
