Cat phone S60 Falling apart

<p>Less than a year ago I purchased a Cat phone from The Cell C shop in Carnival Mall Brakpan for a lot of money. few months down the line C at the back of the phone fell out, the silver cover for the charging plug fell off and now the microphone's little mesh screen came off. I went to Cell C and they just said sorry we sold you a bad product but theres nothing I can do. So I tried contacting Cat on their website but with no success. I am not happy as I paid a lot of money for phone thats falling apart. </p>
