Bad quality shoes and bad customer service

I bought my CAT shoes mid last year and only wear them when I go out not even for work. So about a month ago I noticed that the sole is coming lose from the shoes it self even the material is coming off. So I went back to the store where I bought the shoes and they would've come back to me but never did. So I emailed CAT themselves and they asked where I bought the shoes and if I have the prove of purchase etc. So I told them and they didn't get back to me, so I emailed them again to ask whats going, they asked few more questions and yet again don't come back to me. Its bad customer service if you have to keep asking for a follow up. What's also upsetting is that you oay so expensive for a shoe thats supposed to be quality and this happens
