bad service

New kitchen gass stove was purchased about 2 years ago.Stopped working .When they were contacted they did not even knew what stove it was and after showing them the receipt it came out that the stove was repaired before sold as a new stove.Their service are absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!
