VERY TOUCHED AND IMPRESSED BY THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CATERING SHOP ONLINE

Dear Sir,

Some years ago I bought butchers equipment from a supplier in Johannesburg and recently my heavy duty Bandsaw machine broke down and this brought my business to a standstill. I tried contacting the place I purchased the machinery in Johannesburg but they were no longer in business. And neither was I able to obtain the parts from other dealers.

I then had to come down all the way from Polokwane to Johannesburg and unfortunately was unable to obtain the parts from others dealers.

Fortunately, I was then referred to Catering Shop Online in Centurion and I was informed by the Manager, Mr Alli, that my Bandsaw Machine has been replaced by a different design model and no longer available. But nevertheless Mr Alli managed to obtain the parts for me from abroad within 36 hours .

All I can say that I am very touched and impressed because though the equipment was not bought from him but even so he went out of his way to help me to get the parts and get my business running.

As from now my first call for anything relating to catering equipment will always be at the Catering Shop Online in Centurion.
