Very bad customer service

I experienced very bad service. They take long to answer the whatsapp. Products advertised not in stock. Question answered not clear, I've asked twice will they pls explain, I cannot understand what they mean by their response..... still not answered. I phoned, speak to the person. She promised to phone back next day about possible stock availability (in the meantime I still received ads with the same, unavailable products). I am urgently looking for the product, time not on my side. The "call you back" promise never happened. Will now write them off as bad experience.
