Think again before dealing with CSO

Dear reader. I feel that you should know this while you consider to support CSO and possibly make the worst decision that will be extremely hard to recover from. I bought a 2 barrel slush machine from these guys. It was not in the original packaging, standing on a shelf with all protective film removed, and a promise that the machine is not used as a demo. I paid about R23k for this machine, and this was end of October 2025. I took it to the little canteen shop that we were running in a corporate office park in Rivonia. Before the 12th of December when the Offices closed for the holidays, this machine stopped freezing the slush. In January, I took the machine back to CSO. They took it to the agent and return with a lank story that I mishandled the machine so badly that the compressor came off the mounting springs and then the compressor blew because of power irregularity. I am still battling with these guys to give me a machine that works, but they pass the buck to the agent and accept zero responsibility. I feel that you should also consider spending 10 more minutes looking for the same product from a different supplier to avoid some seriously frustrating conversation with them about the **** they sell.
