Misrepresented Product & Poor After-Sales Support

We ordered two stainless steel work tables from Catering Shop Online and paid in full on 19 June 2025. The tables were collected on 11 July — and we were shocked by the poor build quality and clear misrepresentation of the product.

Key issues included:

Poor, inconsistent welds and excessive weld spatter

Welds that had clearly been ground off and redone

Burrs and rough pipe cuts left unfinished

Drain holes crudely cut — not as depicted in product images

Areas of exposed mild steel that will rust

The frame/base of the table is not stainless steel, despite the listing leading one to reasonably believe it is

These are not minor cosmetic flaws — they reflect substandard workmanship and are not suitable for professional use.

Despite raising these concerns immediately, we’ve received no meaningful response or resolution from the supplier. After several follow-ups, communication has simply gone cold. We’re now left with unusable products, additional costs, and wasted time.

This experience has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend Catering Shop Online to any professional buyer expecting transparent information and a reliable supplier.
