I bought a 120k Ice Making Machine in 2015 from Catering Shop Online and unfortunately my machine was now not making firm ice and it had to be put right because this time of the year my business is at its peak.

Yesterday (Friday the 21 December) I contacted the management of the company regarding my problem and it was their last day of trading and they were closing down for the Christmas holidays. And there was no way that my machine could be put right on the eleventh hour.

However I still went to Catering Shop Online from Polokwane and though my machine was now over two and half years old and out of the guarantee period nevertheless the Manager kindly provided me with anther Ice Making machine on loan whilst my machine will be repaired and serviced by them in the new year.
