Don't Support Catering & Events by Sherece

******* alert: Hi guys, Please be aware of Catering & Events by Sherece operating from The Quartz, 45 Zenith Drive Umhlanga. I've placed an order for fish cakes and arranged for collection last Saturday, full payment was made via EFT. On collection, I was informed that my order was not ready and it would be delivered to me on Tuesday, it's now a week later and I have not yet received my order. Sherece has been avoiding all calls. I did request a refund which she promised to honour and that has not happened either. It's sad to see businesses operate in such an unprofessional and ********* manor. This business owner is arrogant and clearly doesn't have any customer services skills.
