Dishonest, ************* in orders

<p>This was truly a horible experience. I ordered items from her for my wedding. She said she doesn't have and will hire those items in for me, she confirmed that she did. We did not receive what we ordered. She was not there on the day we collected our order. That was the day before my wedding and these items were my main pieces. When we came back from honeymoon I asked for the COMPLETE invoice where she ordered from. Only snaps of the price in the bottom (does not show what was hired) and 2 other companies names were send through. I continued to ask fot the full invoice but she got an attittude. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE INVOICE FROM THE PLACE SHE HIRED FROM! She said that they made the mistake and hired it out to other people that is why I could not get it but she said to my husband that she did not order it in time after she confirmed with me that it has been booked. She quoted me for items I did not receive and **** about the price. She is a company that hires in for a lot of other people and I don't know to how many other people she also spins stories and quotes us for stuff we don't receive or lies about the price and gives us the wrong items. There are too many stories that does not make sense, and different stories are being told to me and my husband. First and last time I will order from her.</p>
