Sampie Jansen v. Vuuren ***ner of ) Siesta Guest House in Musina had bought Boxes of sachets sugar from Cater Pack with price stickers on the boxe's, When paying they charged over Charged him, He bought several items amounting To R5358.00 and because he was in a hurry due to an appointment he had, he did not notice the over charge. Price on White sugar on box was R189 and the brown sugar R183.30 vat inclusive. We phoned Cater Pack to inform them of the over Charge and explained to them that they owe us a credit , They only later sent us an whatsapp with following msg: "This mistake is on our behalf, the correct price white @ R228 and Brown R220. If you are not happy with these prices you are welcome to return the stock. Our system prices take preferance. Thank You "Selati Sugar Mnf had also sent us a voucher for 2 boxes of sugar sachets which we bought from Cater Pack where quiet a lot of sachets were half or empty. Selati told us to take the voucher to the retailer where we bought the sugar from and they will refund us the 2 boxes. Have never come across service like this befor. Could you please advice .
