Ice Machine

Please do not buy from this company. I bought a new ice machine for R40 000. They promised me 2-3 days delivery to Durban from Cape Town. This arrived about two weeks later. When it did arrive, it came damaged. I was told that this was going to be claimed for from the Courier company. The machine worked for 3 weeks and stopped. Its gone about a month and still not fixed or the damages repaired. The worst part is that management hides from your call. they do not respond to any messages or calls. I have a business and still have to buy ice daily. I even asked them on whatsapp to replace the machine because it doesnt work and its also damaged but they dont respond...... Please do yourself a favour and dont support this company... you will be wasting your money See attached pics of machine damaged. The pic is taken the day I received it.....
