Ice cream machine

I bought an ice cream machine from cater cousin, paid on the 16th of November, the machine has not been delivered. I called them on the 22 Nov and they said the machine will be delivered on the 27th Nov.

Today I called again they said the machine is in transit it might be delivered on Friday 🤷♀️.

Before I made a payment I asked them how long will it take for the machine to be delivered and they said 2-4 days, and now it’s almost two weeks I haven’t received the machine.

You can imagine how much money I could have made if the machine was delivered on time, and they still not sure when am I going to get that machine 😩😩😩

I’m definitely not happy with the service and they do not update me, I have to make follow ups ☹️
