I ordered a 3-barrel Slush Machine 15 December 2022 and was assured there is stock and it will be delivered before 24 December’22. A 2-barrel slush machine was delivered on 28 December’23 and I informed them immediately. They responded 11 January’23 and have not collected the machine a year later. The machine is also not useable (we had to try using it to make up for moneys) the cooling cylinders are bent and there is a gas leak. Our refrigiration service says it might be a ****** machine!
