It's the worst experience ever, I made a payment on 10 July 2026 they promised my equipment would be available in the next 3-4 days, that didn't happen. Eventually on day 5 when I went there personally the equipment was incorrect, they promised to refund me. Today is the 23rd of July and I still haven't gotten the refund, they don't answer my calls. I've been dealing with Zachary Anthony who was the one who promised to make the refund since it was a problem in their side, is now avoiding my calls and blatantly refuses to refund me my money, which is over R20,000
