Bad service at Catch Cook

Bad bad service. Tables at resturant is dirty. Having 2 hour backlog on their pizza's. . When ordering, they don't tell you this. The New Years eve bash we waited 1.5 hours to get to the front of the que at the bar . Only for them to tell us they only have one working card machine, one till, no ice so can't serve any beverage with ice, even though we said it's fine without ice they still did not want to serve. Also we could not order beers from the fridge because it was not cold. And this is for a croud of more than 600 people. When talking to the manager Rene, about the situation she told me " lekker vakansie hou ,meisie" laughed and turned around and walked away. Definitely a 0 for service, and a 0 for customer care.
