Horrible, unprofessional, Heartless company ever

The most unprofessional, ruthlessly company ever😥 We where invited for an assessment for the Digital Care Agent position. We arrived there at 9am as the email specified. Only to find that we'll sit for hours with no interview or assessment taking place. No one is giving us any feedback, they started making us do an assessment around 18:00pm imagine being at that place from 9am waiting, being hungry, tired and they start telling us they'll make us do our assessment then come back for interview. We left that place at 19:00pm . The most painful and disappointing experience I've ever had. How do they expect us to do well on the assessment after making us wait for almost 10 hours we're already tired and hungry.
