Catch Consultancy (Pty) Ltd

Hi please assist me. I have been working for Catch Consultancy (Pty) Ltd under 2degrees which was in Randburg however now in Hyde Park. The last month (October) I worked for the company I made a total of 5 sales as I was serving my notice period, and one sale was worth R350. When I get my last payslip for the days, I worked with the sales I made it says I only made commission of R400 how possible is that. This is not the first time this is happening as it has happened each and every month during my employment in the company. When you search for answers, they will tell you that you know where the door is. In this situation what do I do please help. The place is very toxic, and the management does not know how to talk to people, one always feels threaten to voice any concerns.
