Bad service

Went there today to rent a movie and was met by a lady working who gave me horrible attitude and didn't even wanted to know what I was looking for, I'm utterly disappointed at how the people who are responsible to offer you a service can actually treat me like that , the lady doesn't even know me to be treating me in that manner, I even left without renting a movie. To think I'm a long time customer at that shop is really disheartening
