Catch 22 Bad Attitude and Service

Tonight, after many years of enjoying Catch 22 Restaurant in Table View, I had a very bad experience and the worst thing was, this was reported to management and nobody cared. Bad service, table not cleared, ashtrays not emptied, waiting forever for order to get taken, food not arriving, having to watch my family eat while I waited and waited....then reporting it to management who were just full of excuses and hearing \That's fine Ma'm"when I said I would not be coming back. Spent almost R1"
