CATBOX HYPER LINDEN DOESN'T WANT TO REDEEM POINTS EARNED.

It's been months that we cannot redeem our points against our purchases at the Linden Catbox Hyper Store. The excuse is always offline even when there is no loadshedding. Amazingly they not offline to ring up your purchases but as soon as you want to redeem points 2 seconds later they offline. Why offer points rewards at all then? It's not the cashiers fault they always suddenly offline. Or don't the owners want to discount what you've earned?
