CAT SHOES - Do not buy from "www.catshoesouthafrica.com"

I have no idea if this company is genuinely CAT SA, but I ordered a pair of CAT shoes from www.catshoesouthafrica.com, in good faith, on 12 August 2023. They had the cheapest prices, and free shipping for orders over R1000. I paid via credit card (which someone tried to de***** me in the US of R16000 3 days later - fortunately I have a good bank, and they stopped it before I even became aware of it). Upon having made payment, I received a mail from my bank for a transaction to "The Goodway" and when I also received a mail simply saying "thank you for your order", with no particulars of my order, other than a tracking number and a link to https://dvftrack.com, I emailed the provided support email and queried the lack of details and received the details of my order. At that point, it seemed as though the place was in the US. I tracked the order daily. (Initially it was updated almost daily). To cut a long story short, the package arrived in SA and eventually collected by EMS delivery service on the 10th November. 6 weeks later, the status still shows that the package is on its way to me. EMS is located roughly 10km from my house and I have I tried calling them to arrange personal pickup. The number listed, remains unavailable. I mailed the email given for support at catshoesouthafrica almost daily. At first, they did respond. After about 3 times, they stopped responding. I believe it is my duty to post this, so that others may be aware of my experience with www.catshoesouthafrica.com - in case they are also considering placing an online order from them.
