Very Disappointing

Since this business came to South Africa I thought this would be my "go-to" place because they started off with such great prices however, then increased them substantially. Because I live quite far from the store I have always only bought from them online. 90% of the time I would there be some kind of issue. the delivery service they use (whether it be their own or externally sourced) is terrible. Drivers are ALWAYS unfriendly. Their waiting time for delivery is 3-7 business days as it states on the website but be prepared to wait longer than that! They are not efficient at all and it's very frustrating. Another thing about using their website is that you are only allowed to purchase 2 of an item at a time which makes things really difficult since their free delivery is only eligible for orders over R800 and then want to charge you R120 for delivery as well if under. I only buy food and cat litter from them and it would be handy if I could place an order for more than just 2 bags of each at a time. *******.
