Incorrectly charged and bad attitude

I was incorrectly charged for the items of the customer in front om me. They have put R2295 on my credit card instead of R215. They have reversed it but will only pay the balance back in 10 days. The manager and staff was very unfriendly and refuse to pay me anything back in cash or interest on 10 days. I will never buy from them again. The staff is always unfriendly. And the manager with her blond hair was very immature. She is not old enough to work there and handle the staff and my situation.
