Cat Box Pet Hyper bad service

I had good service from them initially and had become a regular buyer. Then there was a problem with the quality of the petfood which they never rectified internally and kept on trying to sell it back to the customer. I did email the head office and expressed my unhappiness with the situation. They never bothered to respond to my email to rectify the situation, instead they spoke to their staff about it. I never got any feedback from anyone since and am not going to buy from them anymore. Rather disrespectful and arrogant service from them.
