Cat box hyper edenvale

I came to the cat box hyper Edenvale to buy something for my animal. I specifically asked Jackie when I bought what I wanted if I could return and get a refund due to now knowing the exact size of my animal as his a big cat. I came back the next day and spoke to Jackie and asked for a refund she said it’s not allowed and I started moaning as she said we could. She started shouting at me and screaming at me which was extremely disrespectful she gave me a credit note and told me to come back. I went there today to exchange as I was told that’s all we can do I walked in and she was not only non friendly but gave me a huge attitude to only by chance look to my left and there’s a sign that says refunds are allowed. When I asked her about it she ignored me blatantly. She is basically *****ing from the customers and you have lost a customer due to her incompetency and bad attitude. She knew she was wrong as she begged me not to complain this is a disgrace
