You don’t care about your Clients

Omg, worse experience. Incompetence, lno customer service, poorly delivered job, no time management, management is difficult to get hold of. My hands , feet & shoulders were not even touched. No communication, suppose to have been a hour but they stopped at 45mins to run for ther public transport home. Giggling and having personal conversation between the two staff that’s suppose to be silent in the treatment room. This is totally unacceptable to say the least. Staff don’t even want to give you the email address for management Shaheeda or Anthony .

I’m still waiting on a call back or email from them, since Iv left numerous messages for there response.
