WORST SPA EVER

WOW!!! I say this out of disappointment!!!!!

We were at Casuarina Commodore Hotel yesterday as a group of 8 ladies. They went far over their time. They were very unorganized, everyone was running around when we got there. Some ladies did not get all that was included in packages. Two of the ladies was told to scrub each other - LIKE SERIOUSLY? Our nail polish was either smudged or came off within 2hours. Some of the ladies did not get gowns so between the different treatments , they had to get dressed. You were pushed around on the massage bed due to insufficient spaced, the ladies that was massaging stopped the massage every time they spoke to each other - HOW IS THAT RELAXING? I woke up with morning with a sore bruised back AND a spasmend muscle on my shoulder blade - that is how hard and rough they work.

I would not even send my worst enemy there! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!
