WORST SERVICE EVER

I don't think they even deserve one star. I bought a couples full body massage as a treat to my friend, for her birthday. The booking was made for this past Friday at 17h00. When we arrived we were received by a very unfriendly receptionist/the******, questioning my intelligence. Without telling us there is a double booking, she questioned me about the branch we made the booking at. As if I would arrive at the branch where i DID NOT make the booking. then when I confirmed the branch, she wanted to know what number I dialed. Only after my friend asked what the problem is she said they are unable to assist as we are not booked. they are full and we have to reschedule. No apology, no nothing. She refused to send us a confirmation of booking after we made a new appointment. Her attitude stunk and I am so angry at myself for not reading the reviews prior - as I see I am not the first person experiencing the pathetic service. An hour later I was phoned to tell me that my booking was for the Saturday at 5.....maybe an investment in a proper diary and a confirmation system, this can be avoided in future.
