Worst service ever!!!!

We went on Woman's day for our ladies day out, what a joke!!!! No water on arrival as they say they too busy. Massage was a rub of the back of my body. Room was extremely cold, they only fetched a heater halfway through our treatment. They make your experience sound so amazing on their wikideal ad, but it is all lies. You don't receive half of what they advertise. Don't be fooled, the wikideal is false advertising!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!
