Worst massage experience!

Went to the one in Cape Royale hotel, firstly it took me 2 days to finally get through to the receptionist to make a booking. They tell you to get there 15 minutes early only for your massage to start 20 minutes later than the actual booking. You don’t even fill out any forms prior so I don’t understand why they advise people to arrive early. You get no robes or slippers. The floor had just been mopped so it was wet when I got into the massage room. The massage felt like someone just applying oil I had to constantly ask for more pressure.
