Worst Experience Ever! Stay away from this place.

Worst experience ever! Staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. The service was absolutely shocking!!!! A spa is supposed to be a place a relaxation, from the moment we walked in all the lady staff were talking so loud and not even focused on their clients. They were not equipped at all to deal with load shedding or to come up with a plan B in order to make their clients comfortable.

I had booked a facial, the room was pitch dark with one small tea light candle burning. The lady could barely see me, how on earth would she be able to even see what she was doing if she had to attend to me to do a facial. The staff were unfriendly and looked extremely unprofessional. They did not know what they were doing. This has been my worst experience ever. We arrived and we left within 5 minutes. I will never ever recommend this place. They actually need to shut down as they are not worthy of calling themselves a spa. Was absolutely disgusting!
