WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Literally the worst spa I have been to in my life. NO covid regulations in place, outdated, rude and unprofessional staff. From making the appointment to leaving was absolutely terrible. I am 100% your the******s aren't qualified as my massage was more of a "rubbing oil into my skin". No consultation cards were filled in, no questions were asked about where to focus, pressure etc. I am SHOCKED that this place even exists. You should be ashamed that you charge clients money for that service.
