Worst experience ever.

Would not recommend. Worst experience we have ever had or treatment received. The welcoming was basically non existent. The lady at the casuarina reception blatantly cursed the Lords name infront of us, when asked questions. She was rude, impatient and very unprofessional. She would not even give us her name. The actual treatment was a rub and not a massage and I can do a better job by rubbing salts/scrubs and oil on myself. These ladies unfortunately had no technique to the treatments/massages. The whole point of going to such a wellness centre is to feel relaxed, be pampered and receive a decent massage. The the******s did not explain one of the treatments or tell us what they are doing during the process. All other places we have been, the the****** would explain the part of the treatment, what it does, the benefits etc. They kept quiet the whole way through and when we were done, they asked if we have a tip for them we must just leave it in the room.
