Worst customer experience

My fiancé booked a group massage for 4 people for her mother’s upcoming birthday a month ago and spoke to Rowin. Today on her mother’s birthday after travelling from Saldanha on the West Coast she was told that the booking was not made at the Cape Town branch, but at their Waterfront branch. On the booking it clearly states that the booking was for the Cape Town branch. They arrived on time for their 11 o clock massages, but were sent to the Waterfront branch. All they were told is it’s opposite Somerset hospital. After searching for the spa for half an hour we eventually found it. When they got there they explained everything to Rowin and he could not care. He told them they can get a refund on take half an hour massages. The more the explained the more he could not care. He did not even call the manager when asked. They even explained that it was her mother’s birthday but still nothing from Rowin.
