What a disgrace of Luxury experience this was.

Casuarina Wellness Centre - WHAT A JOKE! I bought a voucher on Wikideals for: Girl’s Day Out: Luxury Spa Package, Gourmet Burgers and Desserts, Mocktails or Milkshakes for 2 People." And what a disgrace of Luxury experience this was!

The experience: Casuarina Wellness CentreWe arrived at the spa and was not offered our "Complimentary Mint, Lemon or cucumber infused water." We were directed to the toilets where we were constantly being watched by the 2 masseuse's, while using the facility from outside the bathroom. Then we went into this horrific looking room which had a stench of old burnt food or dirt.We were instructed to remove our clothes, with no gowns in sight for us. So there we were in a cold room waiting.

Our 2 masseuse's, enter and starts the process, non of them greeted us or introduced themselves to us. They start the "Aromatherapy Back of Body Massage" - whatever you guys called it, but it was a non scented back scrub which lasted forever on the same part of our back - it was shocking. There was no smell of product or oil, nothing, the same smell of a dirty room is all we had.

Then my masseuse just stops and leaves the room, with the door open while we are laying there with bare backs, my mother and I. People are walking passed the room, you could hear them talking and the other masseuse in the room does not have the decency to close the door. What kind of service is this? Amateur service from a "Luxury Hotel" as WikiDeals worded it. She went to the toilet, I mean what? At least say you are going to step away, be respectful man.

Once the nightmare of a pathetic massage was done, where was our "Soothing Hot Compress Rub blended with Essentials Oils"? Where was our "Body Rituals: with a revitalising mask"? Where was our "Mini Head Massages"? Where was our "Sole Survival Treatments: Relaxing Foot massage with revitalising foot scrub & Nourishing mask? This was a lie. You sold us a "luxury package" with non of these promises.

I have evidence of the disgusting sponges you used on us, these are clearly worn out and being re used. Your wash cloths you used on us look like broken rags you used on both of us using the same metal bowl to rinse out. This is unacceptable, you can clearly see these have been used before us!!! I have photo's of the nasty cloths and sponges you used on us and the dirty room.

I am totally embarrassed for you and this brand/Business/whatever you call this - You should be closed down if this is the service you offer people. You ****** us of our time, money and effort.

I spoke to the receptionist and she was speechless on these facts. She could not even offer us any words of assurance, where is the customer service at Casuarina Wellness Centre??? I have nothing nice to say about this place. What a nightmare.
