Very poor service

Not even a one...a zero rate absolutely! Unprofessional...absent....I actually only want to know WHAT happens with all the reviews because some reviews are from years ago and nothing changed. I got this couples massage as a gift and feel.só bad for the people paying so much money for something done so very poorly! It would make my heart happy to have a refund and give the money back to the people that gifted me.
