Very poor customer service

I must say I was quite excited and oooking forward to giving this place a try as it looked pleasing, after online reviews about them being unreachable I became a bit skeptical but decided to go ahead and try to reach them because the spa voucher had already been purchased. I have been trying to make a booking for the past week and a half without any success and this morning when I do get through the lady on the other line informs me that all dates are fully booked and before I could continue she asks for my number and that she will call me back without any explanation as to why. I’m sure it was her way of getting me off the phone! I wonder if these people don’t want to render services, why do they advertise them but know very well they are incapable of providing standard customer service?? It’s unfair that I have to try so hard to get a booking only to be told that no days are available, it’s ridiculous if you ask me.
