Unprofessional service

Bought 2 spa foot treatment coupons from Wikideals. No one answering the phone at the spa and mailbox always full. The coupons have expired, and Wikideals has confirmed they have extended the vouchers till end of July?? Why, these people do not respond to messages and if I read all the negative reviews, not interested to waste my time further. I want a refund, so the battle is with Wikideals now
