The worst spa you will ever experience!

1 star purely because I cannot give them anything lower. This ‘spa’ at the Cape Royale is the most awful experience you could ever have. My husband booked us a ‘Moonlight experience’ through wiki deals and we were expecting a treat. We were horrified at what we found. Firstly, we arrived to be seated in the reception and told that someone would fetch us. We waited for 25 minutes without anybody fetching us. Throughout this wait I tried calling them with no one answering- I tried for 20 minutes! When we got upstairs eventually, the manager was blatantly rude to us and shouted at me when I indicated that we had been trying to call him for 20 minutes. This spa was dingy and dirty and the treatments were way below par. Our promised ‘Lindt experience’ were two ****** Lindt *****! I wish the treatments were the worst part because they at least could be improved upon but the lack of management was just unforgivable. That little man behind the desk was the rudest person of management I have EVER encountered in a spa environment. Please avoid this place at all costs, there is so many spas in CT that are more worthy of your business.
