Terrible Spa Experience

My husband booked us a couples package via wikideals.

Firstly Covid protocols were barely in place. The bathrooms are outdated and very rundown.

Things were not explained very well, our massages were poorly executed. I dont think the ladies were trained. At times I felt like I was being poked.

The "sauna" glorified shower, was grungy and dirty and moldy. We had some very awkward moments.

We were promised a lindt experience....we recieved 2 lindt *****!!
