TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My fiance bought a voucher for a 3 hour spa day for the 2 of us for my birthday. We never get to do something like this and saw this as the ideal treat - which it was not. When we got there the receptionist didn't even greet us properly & gave us some water with lemon in it. Then a lady came to fetch us and didn't introduced herself and we did not understand a word that she was saying- just mumbling through her sentences without stopping. In the massage they used ice cold oil to massage & it was really terrible and throwing the towels over, ext. The facial... it was TERRIBLE. They washed out skin with something soapy - not explaining what they are using & they forgot to do anything on my forehead. They they pulled out a granular scrub and start scrubbing away my skin. It was SO uncomfortable and sore. Then se app**** a mask to our skins with one finger & after 3 min she removed it and applies some sort of balm and moved a weird device over our skins, and that was it. Our experience was really terrible and it is shocking that this standard is in the waterfront. I feel bad for my fiance paying that amount of money for this experience. Really not happy.
