Terrible attitude at Casuarina Spa

Hi. Reception at the spa was terrible. No acknowledge when i arrived. They kept we waiting 30 minutes after my appointment with no explanation or apology. My treatments were good but i was given less treatment time. They look like they want to chase there clients aways. Its very sad as i love coming to this spa. They should rather close down than spoil there name.
