Stay away from this horrible place!!!

The worse service from a Spa I have ever experienced. The Manager, Shaheeda is extremely rude and unprofessional and it trickles down to her rude and unprofessional staff as well. Thank you for spoiling a Girls Day out for my bestfriend as it was her birthday with this horrible behavior which was all your guys fault in the first place. I am definitely not leaving it like this as we aren't letting our monies go down the drain. I am taking this further!!! You are gibing The Royale Hotel a bad name as you are tenant in there hotel. They need to remove you guys ASAP!!
