Spa the****** wearing my shoes

After trying to get through to this Spa for over month with calls and emails, I finally managed to make an appointment for my husband and I. Purchased a wikideals voucher worth R4000, which we expected was going to be of value.

We were not greeted at reception, but got sent to a room. Started our couples massage. Not even 30 mins in for our 3 hour treatment, I opened my eyes and caught the the****** WEARING MY SHOES. Being very shocked, I reported it to the manager and owner. The the****** refused to admit fault. After my husband mentioned he saw a girl with a hole in her stocking by her big toe.... they removed their shoes, and there it was. How do we know that these the****** were not scratching in our personal belongings?

The operations manager and owner of the spa spoke to us by mostly only telling us how they feel terrible and attacked, but had not taken the time to ask us how we feel and would like after such a bad experience. They just offered us a phone call.

After 3 days of trying to get hold of the spa waiting feedback, I only got a whatsapp asking for my banking details and no response.

I am very confused and very shocked by this experience.
