SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN TO THE GROUND!

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN ASAP!!! A complete nightmare experience. From trying to get hold of this "business" to the service and absolute garbage of an environment. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking but the "wellness centre" was a complete waist of my time and money. A hospital is a 1000% better then that dump of a place. The workers are even worse. Im super disappointed in even taking my husband to this place for a day of relaxation on his birthday. We came out more stressed out than relaxed. How can we go about getting this place SHUT DOWN???
