****ing so called "spa"

I use to like this spa years back and then couldn't understand why they started getting bad reviews until I bought a deal last year and still try to get a booking,you call and it automatically goes to voice-mail, emails and no response ,eventually after many failed attempts at calling ,I get a calm back by the rudest abrupt person saying she got a miss calm from this number ,eventually I learn that it's casurina and I ask for a booking only to be told that they fully booked for the next couple of months ,unsympathetic, unapologetic, and ends the call ,seriously I do not understand why this people are still operating ,they make their money by advertising deals and allowing people to purchase these deals knowing that they will never book you,****ing con artist !!robbing people of there hard earn money !!
