Reluctant customer service.

Wikideals has a moonlight spa experience available for Casuarina Wellness Centre. After purchasing the voucher and eventually getting hold of the place, they told me that the spa closes at 7pm (Google business hours says it closes at 9pm) because the staff need to get home and that my only option was to book it for 2pm! I don't know why this place still exists.
