Poor service extremely rude and unprofessional

We received a very bad service at Casuarina wellness centre. We scheduled an appointment on Monday the 31st of July 2023 for the 05/08/2023 @ 11am. When we arrived we told that they are understaffed and that they will be able to assist us we should request a refund. He also mentioned that my booking was not recorded in their books. I had to show them the number I called. This was said to by a Mr Rowan who afterwards continued with his work while we were still standing there.

Another colleague of his came mentioned that they will be able to slot us in at four but Rowan insisted that they are fully booked. I then called their manager who asked me to text message him and I did. He later called wanting to reschedule for Monday. At this time the other person was offering us a slot at 17:00 of which we had no choice but to take.

Their reason for all of this was that due to the taxi strike they are short staffed. We were also affected by the taxi strike but that did not seem important to them.

When we finally came back the other employee want to offer us 16:30 but Rowan insisted that we wait for the 17:00 slot. He could careless that we had been there from 11am.

We watched while customers were getting a good service. Yet we were treated like intruders
